The Phoenix Event

In the Spring of 2018, the Board of Directors was reconstituted, and with a new strategic direction reformed AREC into a vibrant, professional real estate organization in accordance with its mission.

The new Board solicited ideas from the Members to reframe the direction of the Council. Based on Member input, new programs, including free CLE, were instituted. Financial sponsors were solicited and obtained, and the food and meeting venues were enhanced.

This along with a push for new membership have raised AREC from the ashes and created the viable and worthwhile organization it was originally envisioned to be, by providing a unique forum for the exchange of ideas and information related to the real estate industry while simultaneously providing a social/networking opportunity for its members.
